Connecting the KACE Service Desk to "cloud" email services
Cannot connect the K1000 Service Desk queue to "cloud" based email services (i.e. Silver Sky, Yahoo, etc.) to retrieve emails and create tickets in the Service Desk.

After Upgrading to 6.3 Patches Seem to be Missing
After updating the K1000 to 6.3 the patch catalog seems to be missing patches. When going to Patch Management/Catalog, instead of seeing multiple patches listed for all the various versions of the patch, it will show only one entry.Also, if doing advanced search, e.g. Severity = Important, it shows the listing under the Severity column shows some that list as Critical.
