Excessive failed folder access (NTFS Permissions) when Access-based Enumeration" is disabled (109821)

When "Access-based Enumeration" is disabled on a share users will be able to view folders in Explorer even though access is not permitted. When "Access-based Enumeration" is enabled on a share a user will not be able to view folders in Explorer where access is not permitted.
