PowerGUI Upgrade Causes Toolbars to Disappear (111061)

Immediatly after upgrading 'PowerGUI Pro' all the toolbars in the 'PowerGUI' console have disapeared. The product still functions and processes commands. Re-installing the application hasn't resolved the issue either.
