How to migrate Remote Support Center to another server
The message “The deployment operation completed. But ExpertAssist did not respond within the allocated timeframe,” appears in the exclamation next a workstation in the Remote Support Center console. The option to manage the computer is on the right of the exclamation.
An admin can connect to any machine on the local subnet but cannot connect to workstations at remote locations over the WAN.
