Dell KACE fully supports KACE K1000 appliances running on the software listed in this KB article.  Upgrades to the software components of the K1000 series appliance are planned for future releases of the product. The following software versions are currently running on the KACE 1000 appliance.
How to Create a Post Install Task (K2000) from a Managed Install (K1000)
Customers that have both the K1000 and K2000 can use Resources (K1000) and Package Management (K2000) to easily Import and Export K1000 Managed Installations to the K2000.The reason this is handy is because most times a Managed Installation is already working and any switches used are known to be correct.  The need for troubleshooting is eliminated when this process is used.
Getting Hardware service time from ESXi hosts
With KACE K1000 it is possible to get the informations about license time for Dell servers and workstations using the KACE agent or agentless inventory via ssh or winRM.ESXi hosts cannot inventoried over ssh/winRM, so SNMP is needed which gives much less informations.

Configuring K1000 appliance for email connectivity to Office 365
This article is reported to work for most customers.  If after using this article to set up email connectivity to Office 365 you continue to have issues sending and receiving e-mails though the K1000 appliance, we recommend that you contact your Office 365 support to continue to troubleshoot.
Date format incorrect

When Clicking on Email Ticket the Comments Are Missing
After updating the K1000 to version 6.3 and sending a helpdesk ticket via email the comments are no longer present. In past versions the comments were included with the email, now they are not.
Java 8 Update 40 cannot be installed via Managed Installation in the KACE K1000
After the creation of a managed installation of Java 8 Update 40 the installation shows succeeded but Java is not installed.If running runkbot 6 0 from an administrative account the installation succeeds and also Java is installed. if running runkbot -s 6 0 the installation fails.
