Spotlight CPU Metrics values are different between SQL Server and Windows connections. (122699)

User sees there are variation on CPU usage on Spotlight console for SQL Server instance and Windows server connections. SQL Server CPU usage shows different from Windows instance usage on Spotlight console.

After upgrading to latest version Spotlight version unable to connect into Diagnostic Server. (118132)

User upgraded Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise from version 9.x to version 10.0.x and it is not currently working.  Spotlight client cannot connect to the Diagnostic Server.  The service fails to start. Diagnostic Server fails to start. Error:
